Abstract

The invention provides a carbon dioxide desorption method for a carbon capturing, storage and utilization technology. The carbon dioxide desorption method is applied in the technical field of reutilization of low-temperature waste heat of a cement kiln. The carbon dioxide desorption method for the carbon capturing, storage and utilization technology comprises the following desorption steps: starting and adjusting an electric adjusting valve I (9), allowing saturated steam in a cement kiln tail waste heat boiler (1) to pass through a temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing unit (3) for temperature reduction and pressure reduction, and allowing the temperature-reduced and pressure-reduced saturated steam to enter an amine reboiler (4) in a desorption tower (2) for heating an amine liquid;subjecting carbon dioxide which passes through the desorption tower (2) to heating and desorption; and allowing the saturated steam obtained after heating and desorption of the carbon dioxide which passes through the desorption tower (2) to generate liquid-changing so as to form saturated water, and allowing the saturated water to enter a condensate water recovery unit (7) through a water returnpipe (6). The carbon dioxide desorption method for the carbon capturing, storage and utilization technology provided by the invention does not affect normal operation of a cement kiln waste heat powergeneration system, can meet the needs of desorption operation of a CCS system, and reduces the investment of economic cost.
