Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly identifying compositions of medicinal materials at different origin places and with different storage time. The method comprises the following steps that (1) sampling is conducted, specifically, 0.05-0.5 g of samples are weighed and placed into a 20 mL of headspace bottle, a bottle cover is compressed, after being incubated, the samples wait for being detected on a machine, and other pre-treatment processes are not needed; (2) testing is conducted, specifically, the incubated samples in the step (1) are tested through a gas-phase ion mobility spectrometer; and (3) qualitative analysis is conducted, specifically, a difference spectrogram of volatile organic matter in the samples is given through functional analysis software, and the matter can bequalitatively analyzed through an NIST database and an IMS database which are set in the software. According to the method, under the premise of not needing sample pre-pretreatment after directly heating and headspace sample injection are conducted, volatile organic components of lysimachia foenum-graecum hance samples can be quickly detected, and the testing result well reflects the influence ofthe origin place and the storage time on lysimachia foenum-graecum hance aroma.
