Abstract

The invention discloses a protein chip capable of detecting concentration of four common thyroid tumor markers simultaneously. The chip is prepared from the following steps that (1), a black glass sheet is preprocessed; (2), a antibody component solution is captured in a point sampling mode; and (3), the chip is sealed, and therefore the chip is well prepared. The chip is used for measuring the concentration of the thyroid cancer markers in patient blood to determine whether the patient has a thyroid tumor or to determine the recurrence of thyroid tumor after an operation. A kit formed by themethod is convenient to use. Relevance ratio is high. Full-automatic operation of thyroid tumor marker detection can be achieved.
