Abstract

The invention provides a nickel-containing electroplating wastewater recycling treatment system and treatment method. The system includes an oil pollution and particle suspension removal system, an electrochemical oxidation system, a sedimentation basin, a biochemical system and a reverse osmosis system which are successively arranged according to wastewater treatment processes. Compared with traditional nickel-containing electroplating wastewater recycling treatment methods, the recycling treatment method of the system can reduce using dosage of drugs during treatment, so that treatment costscan be reduced, discharged sludge amount can be decreased, sludge outsourcing fees can be reduced for enterprises, and wastewater can be converted into purified water to be recycled. In addition, asthe system only discharges small amount of sludge without discharging the wastewater, environment loads can be significantly reduced.
