Embodiment 1

[0020] A geotextile, which is processed through a finishing process, and the finishing process includes the following steps:

[0021] 1) Add 1 to 2 parts by mass of stannous zincate, 2.2 parts by mass of potassium dodecyl phosphate, 0.8 parts by mass of potassium persulfate, and 2.3 parts by mass of glycerol in 13 parts by mass of deionized water, and mix well;

[0022] 2) At the same time, slowly add 1.4 parts by mass of tetramethylammonium bromide, 0.9 parts by mass of amino silicone oil, 0.4 parts by mass of black plum extract, and 1.7 parts by mass of cetyl stearyl alcohol, and continue to stir until fully mixed and uniform to obtain Finishing agent;

[0023] 3) Pad the cloth in the dipping solution containing the finishing agent, and dry it at a constant temperature.

Embodiment 2

[0025] The geotextile is processed by a finishing process, and the finishing process includes the following steps:

[0026] 1) Put 1 mass part of stannous zincate, 2.2 mass parts of potassium lauryl phosphate, 0.8 mass part of potassium persulfate, and 2.3 mass parts of glycerol into 13 mass parts of deionized water and mix them evenly;

[0027] 2) At the same time, slowly add 1.4 parts by mass of tetramethylammonium bromide, 0.9 parts by mass of amino silicone oil, 0.4 parts by mass of black plum extract, and 1.7 parts by mass of cetyl stearyl alcohol, and continue to stir until fully mixed and uniform to obtain Finishing agent;

[0028] 3) Pad the cloth in the dipping solution containing the finishing agent, and dry it at a constant temperature.

Embodiment 3

[0030] The geotextile is processed by a finishing process, and the finishing process includes the following steps:

[0031] 1) Add 2 parts by mass of stannous zincate, 2.2 parts by mass of potassium dodecyl phosphate, 0.8 parts by mass of potassium persulfate, and 2.3 parts by mass of glycerol into 13 parts by mass of deionized water, and stir evenly;

[0032] 2) At the same time, slowly add 1.4 parts by mass of tetramethylammonium bromide, 0.9 parts by mass of amino silicone oil, 0.4 parts by mass of black plum extract, and 1.7 parts by mass of cetyl stearyl alcohol, and continue to stir until fully mixed and uniform to obtain Finishing agent;

[0033] 3) Pad the cloth in the dipping solution containing the finishing agent, and dry it at a constant temperature.

Abstract

The invention discloses geotechnical cloth which is treated by a finishing process. The finishing process comprises the following steps: 1) adding 1-2 parts by mass of stannous octoate, 2.2 parts by mass of potassium dodecyl phosphate, 0.8 part by mass of potassium persulfate and 2.3 parts by mass of glycerol into 13 parts by mass of deionized water to uniformly stir; 2) slowly adding 1.4 parts bymass of tetramethyl ammonium bromide, 0.9 part by mass of amino silicon oil, 0.4 part by mass of smoked plum extract and 1.7 parts by mass of cetearyl alcohol, continuously stirring until sufficiently and uniformly mixing, thereby preparing a finishing agent; and 3) padding the cloth in a impregnation solution containing the finishing agent, and drying at the constant temperature. The geotechnical cloth disclosed by the invention adopts the finishing process to treat, and has excellent antibacterial performance, excellent flame resistance and excellent anti-static performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a geotextile. Background technique [0002] The antibacterial, flame retardant and antistatic properties of the existing fabrics all need to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a geotextile, which has excellent antibacterial, flame retardant and antistatic properties after finishing process. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a geotextile, which is processed through a finishing process, and the finishing process includes the following steps: [0005] 1) Add 1 to 2 parts by mass of stannous zincate, 2.2 parts by mass of potassium dodecyl phosphate, 0.8 parts by mass of potassium persulfate, and 2.3 parts by mass of glycerol in 13 parts by mass of deionized water, and mix well; [0006] 2) At the same time, slowly add 1.4 parts by mass of tetramethylammonium bromide, 0.9 parts by mass of amino...
