Abstract

The invention provides a flame-retardant dacron shell fabric for dustproof clothes. Prepared from dustproof antistatic flame-retardant dacron fibers, the flame-retardant dacron shell fabric for dustproof clothes is prepared from the following raw materials: an antistatic modifier, a dustproof treatment agent, hexadecahydroxy bishexamagnesium and a polyester chip. By adding a superfine copper wireinto the fibers, the shell fabric can achieve the anti-static effect. Compared with a conventional fiber blending mode, the adding amount is smaller than 1%. By mixing calcined shell power with the superfine copper wire, action of a dispersant is exerted and the anti-static effect is not weakened after long-term use. By adding graphene, the adding amount of the superfine copper wire can be reducedobviously. By taking hexadecahydroxy bishexamagnesium and calcined shell power as a mixed flame retardant, the flame-retardant dacron shell fabric is not only good in flame-retardant effect, but alsois more environment-friendly compared with that of a conventional phosphorus containing flame retardant. By adopting the dustproof treatment agent in a special combined form of inorganic+organic+catalyst, a very good dustproof effect can be achieved.
