Example Embodiment

[0036] Embodiment 1 A kind of recycling method of waste and old refractory material, is characterized in that, comprises the following steps:

[0037] (1) Material selection: select waste high-alumina bricks for blast furnaces, waste silicon carbide shed slabs in the ceramic industry, box sand, ooze and waste first-class high-alumina bricks that meet the requirements;

[0038] (2) Coarse crushing: put the above-mentioned raw materials into a roller crusher for crushing, and the crushed materials are transported to a vibrating screen for screening by a belt conveyor, and the particles with a particle size of less than 10 mm are selected. The granular material larger than 10mm is returned to the roller crusher by the belt conveyor to continue crushing until the particle size is less than 10mm, and the coarsely crushed granular material is obtained;

Abstract

The invention provides a recycling method for waste refractory materials. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) selecting materials; (2) carrying out coarse crushing; (3)carrying out fine crushing; (4) carrying out deironing; (5) carrying out proportioning; and (6) carrying out high-pressure forming. According to the refractory material recycling method provided by the invention, waste refractory materials can be reused to prepare recycled refractory bricks, so that landfill of the waste refractory materials is avoided, and land occupation is avoided; moreover, the recycling rate of the refractory materials is higher through the adoption of the method; through the thermosetting resin added in the ingredients, the material mixing is more uniform, and density ofthe recycled refractory bricks is increased, so that performance of the refractory bricks is correspondingly improved; through the added graphite, thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance ofthe prepared recycled refractory bricks are remarkably improved; and the added T60 carbon-containing resin and phenolic resin are used as binding agents, so that harmful smoke is not generated in a use process, and an environment protection characteristic is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of recycling waste refractory materials, in particular to a method for recycling waste refractory materials. Background technique [0002] Waste refractories are a large amount of industrial waste that is extremely difficult to deal with and is extremely unfriendly to the environment; according to statistics, the annual waste of refractories in my country alone is more than 8 million tons. Except for a few that can be returned to the production line for reuse, most of the waste refractory materials are typically disposed of by burying or reducing their use; this not only occupies valuable land resources, but also causes a waste of available resources and potential environmental pollution. However, the recycling rate of the current waste refractory materials is mostly relatively low, and its performance cannot be guaranteed, so it cannot meet the needs of use well. Contents of the invention [0003] The pre...
