Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizers and especially relates to an organic fertilizer specially used for planting peanuts on saline-alkali soil. A preparation method includes: A) producing a microbial agent and B) producing the organic fertilizer, wherein the composite microbial powder prepared in A) is inoculated on composting vinegar residue compost with uniform stirring; then the material is fermented in a windrow stacking manner, thus preparing the organic fertilizer specially used for planting peanuts on saline-alkali soil. In the technical scheme, the microbial strain is subjected to amplified inoculation on a culture medium then is cultured in a culture box to mature; then the strain is inoculated on a culture solution for shake cultivation and then issubjected to secondary fermentation in a fermentation tank; finally, single bacteria, prepared through the fermentation, is absorbed by a carrier to obtain a single microbial agent. Through the method, bacillus subtilis, bacillus mucilaginosus and streptomyces microflavus are mixed according to ratio and are pulverized to prepare a compounded microbial powder; then the compounded microbial powderis inoculated on the composting vinegar residue compost with uniform stirring; and finally the material is fermented in a windrow stacking manner, thus preparing the organic fertilizer.
