Embodiment 1

[0020] This embodiment provides a method for electrochemically detecting cadmium ions and lead ions by using a bismuth-based metal-organic framework material to modify a working electrode. The glassy carbon electrode is used as the working electrode, and the bismuth-based metal-organic framework material is modified by a drop coating method. On its surface, heavy metal ions are detected. like figure 1 The specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0021] Step 1. Prepare bismuth-based metal organic framework material by solvothermal method:

[0022] (1) 0.465 mmol of bismuth nitrate pentahydrate and 0.69 mmol of trimesic acid were sequentially added to a 50 ml hydrothermal kettle, and 15 ml of ethanol was added dropwise thereto.

[0023] (2) Sealed and placed for about 10 hours, placed in an oven, heated to 120°C and kept for 12 hours.

[0024] (3) After the reaction was completed, the temperature was naturally cooled to room temperature, washed three times with methano...

Embodiment 2

[0038] The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the glassy carbon electrode is modified with a bismuth-based metal-organic framework material to detect zinc ions and copper ions.

Embodiment 3

[0040] The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the screen-printed electrode is modified with a bismuth-based metal-organic framework material to detect cadmium ions and lead ions.

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrochemical method for carrying out detection on heavy metal ions on the basis of modification of a bismuth-based metal organic framework material on a glassy carbon electrode. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, preparation of bismuth-based metal organic framework material suspension, i.e., placing the bismuth-based metal organic framework material in acentrifuge tube, adding distilled water and ethyl alcohol into the centrifuge tube, and placing the centrifuge tube into an ultrasonic cleaning machine to obtain the bismuth-based metal organic framework material suspension; S2, preparation of a modified electrode, i.e., transferring and taking the suspension by a pipette to drop on a working electrode, after infrared irradiation, transferring and taking nafion solution onto the working electrode, and carrying out infrared irradiation to obtain the modified working electrode; and S3, electrochemical detection, i.e., placing the modified working electrode into a three-electrode system in which saturated calomel is used as a reference electrode and a platinum wire is used as a counter electrode, and carrying out detection on the heavy metalions. According to the invention, after the bismuth-based metal organic framework material is used for modifying the glassy carbon electrode, sensitivity of detecting the heavy metal ions can be greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electrochemical method for detecting heavy metal ions, in particular to an electrochemical method for detecting heavy metal ions by using a bismuth-based metal organic framework (Bi MOFs) material to modify a working electrode. Background technique [0002] At present, the electrochemical methods for detecting heavy metal ions mostly use graphene, carbon nanotubes, etc. to modify the working electrode to increase the specific surface area, and a certain amount of bismuth salt needs to be added to the liquid to be tested to provide bismuth ions to promote the heavy metal ions on the electrode surface. redox. At present, the method of directly using bismuth-based materials for electrochemical detection of heavy metal ions is rarely reported, and there is no report on the application of directly using bismuth-based metal-organic metal framework materials to modify the working electrode to detect cadmium ions, lead ions and othe...
