The preparation technology includes the steps that the film forming agent, the excipient and the filling agent are added into a proper amount of purified water, heated, dissolved and evenly stirred to obtain a blank matrix; the essence is dissolved in ethyl alcohol, and the humectant/plasticizer and the medicine are added and stirred evenly or ground evenly; part of the medicine is added into the blank matrix, uniformly mixed and subpackaged to obtain the gel liniment.
