Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic membrane filter preparation, and particularly relates to a modifying method of a ceramic membrane, a modified ceramic membrane and applicationsof the modified ceramic membrane in a filter and a filter system of hydrogen recovery of a suspension bed hydrogenation reaction. The method comprises the steps of immersing the ceramic membrane into5-15 wt% of a polytetrafluoroethylene solution, performing heating to 350-370 DEG C, and performing heat preservation for 0.5-3 h at 350-370 DEG C to obtain the modified ceramic membrane. The method provided by the invention modifies pores of the ceramic membrane by using polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the pores of the ceramic membrane have higher hydrophobicity and oleophobic chamfers, water and oil do not easily adhere to the pores of the ceramic membrane, and particle impurities such as catalysts are difficult to accumulate on the pores of the membrane and do not easily pass through the pores of the ceramic membrane, so that the phenomenon of clogging of the pores of the membrane is avoided, the gas flux attenuation is slowed down, and the service life of the membrane is prolonged; and in addition, the ceramic membrane has a large flux and excellent performance, can purify a hydrogen gas containing impurities, and can reduce production costs when applied to production devices suchas a filter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic membrane filter preparation, and in particular relates to a ceramic membrane, a modification method thereof, a filter and a filter system. Background technique [0002] Suspension bed hydrogenation process is one of the ideal methods for lightening heavy oil. The process is generally that the dispersed catalyst is uniformly mixed with the feedstock oil to obtain a mixed feedstock, and then the mixed feedstock and a large amount of hydrogen enter one or more same air In the barrel reactor, catalytic hydrogenation and cracking reactions are carried out under the condition of hydrogen. [0003] The hydrogenation reaction in the suspension bed hydrogenation process mostly adopts the hydrogen circulation process. After cooling, the reaction product from the reactor is separated from the gas-liquid phase in the high-pressure separator at a specific temperature and pressure. After compression, it is mixe...
