Abstract

The invention provides a bone repair film and a preparation method thereof. The bone repair film is characterized by comprising an active layer, a barrier layer and a fixed layer. The barrier layer islocated between the active layer and the fixed layer, and the active layer and the fixed layer are electrospun fiber films. The barrier layer is a cast film, the electrospun fibers in the fixed layerare aligned in fiber orientation, and the active layer contains an active ingredient. The three-layer film structure is compounded by the electrospinning technology combined with the solution castingtechnology with the aid of vacuum filtration. The bone repair film has excellent performances for simultaneously regenerating natural bone tissues and periosteal tissues. The fixed layer of the bonerepair film has the special function of fixing the whole film to avoid the use of an external fixation device and simplify the surgical procedure. At the same time, the microstructure of the fixed layer orientation is favorable for the orientation growth of the soft tissues and has the function of regenerating the natural periosteal orientation fiber layer.
