The control method concretely comprises the steps of: acquiring a control signal of a bidirectional DC-DC converter by employing a dual-ring control mode of inner ring current passive control and outerring voltage passive control to stabilize the voltage of the direct current bus, wherein theoretical reference current values of charge and discharge of the energy storage system are generated through the outer ring voltage passive control, the inner ring current passive control allows the charge-discharge current of the energy storage system to reach a current reference value and generates the control signal of the converter, and the current reference value is obtained based on adaptive interference compensation correction.
