Problems solved by technology

[0005] 2. Low processing gain
[0006] Compared with ordinary radar, traditional harmonic radar has much lower detection signal processing gain under the same power due to the limitations of its system
Traditional harmonic radars are mostly single-input and single-output systems, or single-input and two-output systems, which cannot effectively increase receiver gain
[0007] 3. Strict design
[0009] Aiming at the above-mentioned problems faced by traditional harmonic radar, the present invention proposes a MIMO harmonic radar, which adopts broadband combined wave harmonic technology, MIMO radar technology and digital beamforming technology to effectively avoid problems such as signal leakage and low processing gain, and improve the Detection ability of faint targets

Abstract

The present invention provides an MIMO harmonic radar, which comprises a transmitting end: respectively transmitting a transmitting signal T<X1> with the frequency of f1 and a transmitting signal T<X2> with the frequency of f2 to an electronic target; a receiving end: receiving an echo generated after the electronic target is re-radiated by using a multi-channel mode, filtering the echo of other frequencies by using a band-pass filter to obtain a combined wave signal after the electronic target reaching the receiving end is re-radiated, and then performing zero intermediate frequency processing and fast inverse Fourier transform to obtain the distance position information of each channel; and a imaging module: carrying out beam forming on the waveform with the distance information receivedby each channel by utilizing a digital beam forming technology according to the obtained distance position information of each channel, and obtaining and outputting target imaging. The MIMO harmonicradar effectively improves the isolation of the system, reduces the complexity of system design and effectively improves the capability of the harmonic radar for detecting weak targets.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of radar imaging, in particular to MIMO harmonic radar. Background technique [0002] The existing harmonic radar ranging method includes: calculating the power ratio of transmission and reception to obtain the target distance; measuring the time delay by the envelope of the transmission and reception signal to obtain the distance, and calculating the difference frequency of the FMCW transmission and reception signal to obtain the distance ; Calculate the correlation of the pseudo-random code to obtain the distance and so on. For high clutter environment, the linear frequency modulation signal is used to increase the distance resolution. Through coherent accumulation, the sensitivity of broadband harmonic radar can be increased by 20dB compared with continuous harmonic radar. These methods can effectively image nonlinear targets. However, with the continuous expansion of the application field of ha...
