Embodiment 1

[0034] see figure 1 , is a schematic structural diagram of a bi-telecentric projection lens provided by one embodiment of the present invention. Such as figure 1 As shown, the bi-telecentric projection lens 100 includes sequentially arranged from the object side to the image side: a steering mirror 110, a first lens group 120, an aperture stop 130 and a second lens group 140, and the center of the aperture stop 130 is located at the first The rear focal point of the lens group 120 and the front focal point of the second lens group 130 .

[0035] Wherein, the diverting mirror 110 is used to turn the projected light beam so that it is incident on the first lens group 120, and the first lens group 120 is used to receive the projected light beam incident parallel to the central optical axis of the first lens group 120, and to process the projected light beam Beam expansion, the aperture stop 130 is used to receive the projection beam emitted by the first lens group 120, and outp...

Embodiment 2

[0063] see Figure 7 , is a schematic structural diagram of a projection system provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Such as Figure 7 As shown, the projection system 200 includes the bi-telecentric projection lens 100 in the first embodiment above.

[0064] Optionally, the projection system 200 may further include: an illumination module 210 . The illumination module 210 may be a laser light source, such as a fiber-coupled laser light source, a diode laser light source, or a solid-state laser light source. The lighting module 210 may include a red laser light source, a green laser light source, and a blue laser light source. By using three primary color lasers, the lighting module 210 can enable the bi-telecentric projection lens 100 to reproduce the rich and bright colors of the objective world most truly, providing more Shocking expressiveness.

[0065] Wherein, the lighting module 210 is arranged on the light incident side of the bi-telecentric projectio...

Abstract

The embodiments of the invention relate to the technical field of projection and disclose double telecentric projection lens and a projection system. The double telecentric projection lens comprise afirst lens assembly, an aperture diaphragm and a second lensassemblyarranged in sequence from an object space to an image space. The center of the aperture diaphragm is located on back focus of the first lens assembly and front focus of the second lens assembly. The first lens assembly is used for receiving projection beams incident on a central optical axis which is parallel to the first lens assembly, and the projection beams are expanded by the first lens assembly. The aperture diaphragm is used for receiving the projection beams emitted by the first len assembly, and the projection beams are outputted to the second lens assembly. The second lens assembly is used for receiving the projection beams emitted by the aperture diaphragm and converges the projection beams, and further the projection beams are emitted in parallel to a central optical axis of the second lens assembly. Focal power of the double telecentricprojection lens is more than 0.03, object square numerical aperture is1.7 and image space numerical aperture is 5.95. Through above methods, the double telecentric projection lens is simple in structure and good in uniformity of illumination.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of projection technology, and in particular to a bi-telecentric projection lens and a projection system. Background technique [0002] In the past ten years, the rapid development and continuous improvement of machine vision has made it an indispensable part of the inspection field, and imaging lenses are particularly important as the eyes of machine vision. The cost of using traditional fixed-focus or zoom lenses is low, but there is a defect of large image distortion, which will cause large measurement errors. [0003] Telecentric Lens is mainly designed to correct the parallax of traditional industrial lenses. It can keep the magnification of the obtained image within a certain range of object distance. According to its unique optical characteristics: high resolution, Ultra-wide depth of field, ultra-low distortion, and unique parallel light design have brought a qualitative leap to machine v...
