Abstract

The invention relates to the field of antibacterial hydrogel, in particular to injectable antimicrobial peptide hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The invention solves the problems that the specific antibacterial effect is poor, injection cannot be achieved, and toxic and side effects are severe of existing polypeptide hydrogel. The hydrogel is prepared by the self-assembly of antimicrobial peptides. According to the injectable antimicrobial peptide hydrogel and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the small-molecule antimicrobial peptides are taken as raw materials, the antimicrobial peptides can destroy microbial membranes, the antibacterial effect is generated, and therefore, the addition of antibacterial drugs is not needed; the hydrogel is prepared by a self-assembly mechanism, the addition of cross-linking agents is not needed, and the self-assembly can be completed within several minutes. The prepared hydrogel is moderate in strength and shows the shear thinning effect; the syringeability is realized; the hydrogel can be applied to deep tissues; and the prepared hydrogel has better antibacterial properties.
