Abstract

The invention provides an artificial feed of spodoptera frugiperda and a preparation method of the artificial feed. The artificial feed disclosed by the invention comprises the following ingredients of 5-10% of corn flour, 1-4% of wheat germ powder, 2-6% of yeast powder, 0.4-0.7% of phospholipid, 1-3% of agar, 0.1-0.3% of a preservative, 0.1-0.3% of a mildew-proof agent, 0.2-0.5% of morin, 0.06-0.1% of steviol, 0.2-0.6% of beta-sitosterin and the balance water, wherein the pH of the water is 5.0-5.5. The artificial feed disclosed by the invention is good in mildew preventing effects. After thefeed is fed, the larva period of the spodoptera frugiperda is shortened to 11.3+ / -0.4d, the chrysalis period of the spodoptera frugiperda is shortened to 8.0+ / -0.5d, the generation period is shortened to 32.2+ / -0.1d, the average survival rate of the spodoptera frugiperda at the larval phase reaches 96.11%, and the body height of aged larva of the spodoptera frugiperda reaches 30+ / -2mm.
