The invention relates to an extraction process and application of a high-
skin-permeability oat kernel extract, and the extraction process comprises the following steps:
microwave-ultrasonic wave synergistic auxiliary extraction: mixing oat kernel
powder with pure water, uniformly stirring to obtain a turbid liquid, and synchronously applying microwaves and ultrasonic
waves at the temperature of 40-60 DEG C for full treatment to obtain an extracting solution; by adopting the technical scheme,
cell walls of the oat kernels are efficiently broken at the temperature far lower than the
starch gelatinization point under the synergistic effect of the
heat effect of the microwaves and the mechanical
cavitation effect of the ultrasonic
waves, active ingredients such as
intracellular beta-
glucan and
protein are promoted to be dissolved out, meanwhile, a large amount of
starch is prevented from being dissolved out and gelatinized, and the quality of the oat kernels is improved. The method has the advantages that high-
viscosity macromolecular
starch is fundamentally hydrolyzed into small-molecular
sugar by the aid of synergistic enzymolysis of alpha-
amylase and saccharifying
enzyme, accordingly, extract liquid is excellent in flowability, and the generated small-molecular
sugar has moisturizing effects and can possibly promote
transdermal penetration of other active ingredients.
