Abstract

The invention relates to a perovskite solar cell containing a protective layer. The perovskite solar cell comprises FTO conductive glass, an electron transport layer, a perovskite layer, a hole transport layer, a protective layer and a top electrode, wherein the protective layer comprises a water vapor barrier material and a co-doped [pi] conjugated conductive high polymer material; the water vapor barrier material is any one or a mixture of two of organic silicon resin, organic titanium resin and organic zirconium resin; the co-doped [pi] conjugated conductive high polymer material is one ora mixture of two of sulfo-doped polypyrrole, polythiophene and polyaniline conductive high polymers; and a conductive accelerant is added into the protective layer. The water vapor barrier material can protect the perovskite layer from water vapor and can weaken corrosion of the perovskite layer to the top electrode, and the co-doped [pi] conjugated conductive high polymer material can improve theconductivity of the water vapor barrier material. The protective layer can effectively improve the stability of the perovskite solar cell.
