The system includes a flow rate collector, an integrated fluid calculation device and an ultrasonic control transmitting device, wherein the flow rate collector is disposed at the inlet of a fixed bed reactor, the ultrasonic control transmitting device is disposed outside the fixed bed reactor, and the flow rate collector and the ultrasonic control transmitting device are connected with the integrated fluid calculation device in a communication mode; the flow rate collector is providedwith a flow rate collecting interface, a calculation unit and a first data output interface which are connected sequentially, the integrated fluid calculation device is provided with a flow rate transmission interface, an integrated calculator and a second data output interface which are connected sequentially, and a data conversion interface and a parameter setter are connected with the integrated calculator; and the ultrasonic control transmitting device is provided with a first input data interface, a main control unit and an ultrasound transmitting unit which are connected sequentially.
