The valve manufacturing process comprises the steps of (a) selecting raw materials; (b) forming materials; (c) forging: generating local or all plastic deformation on a metal blank or cast ingot under the action of pressure equipment and a tool (die) so as to obtain the prototype of a valve; (d) performing heat treatment before entering a factory: in order to satisfy the processability (such as the improvement of cutting, the reduction of stress and the increase of plasticity), heat treatment before delivery needs to be specially specified before delivery of the materials used for the valve, and different materials have different states; (e) machining in different processes including turning, milling and grinding so as to obtain a valve product; (f) performing surface hardening treatment including supersonic spray, spray welding and nitridation; (g) assembling: assembling parts and components after production into a formed valve product; (h) cleaning: putting the assembled valve in cleaning equipment, and removing residues during machining of the valve and grease during assembly; and (i) packaging and transporting: performing a series of performance detection on the valve, and packaging and transporting the qualified valve to a sales area.
