Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of waste lead acid accumulator resource regeneration, and in particular, discloses a method for strengthening wet desulphurization of waste lead paste by adopting microwave-ultrasound-stirring. The waste lead paste is uniformly mixed with desulphurization agents to obtain mixtures A; the mixtures A are heated by microwaves, so that the waste lead paste and the desulphurization agents are reacted to obtain mixtures B; the mixtures B are desulphurized by adopting ultrasonic waves to obtain mixtures C; the mixtures C are stirred for reaction to obtain mixtures D; and the mixtures D are filtered and separated to obtain desulphurized lead paste with lower sulfur content. The whole lead paste desulphurization process is simple in operation, easy to control andlow in energy consumption. The desulphurization process is more thorough; and the desulphurization rate is high. The sulfur content of the obtained lead paste is lower than 0.35% to meet subsequent lead oxide preparation requirements. The method solves the problems of low desulphurization efficiency and low desulphurization rate in the waste lead paste desulphurization process in the prior art, and meanwhile, has the characteristics of high treatment efficiency, environmental protection and high lead resource recovery rate.
