Embodiment 1

[0029] (1) Preparation of kitchen waste wastewater culture solution

[0030] First filter the kitchen waste wastewater to remove the large particle suspension and residue in the kitchen waste wastewater, and then settle the filtered liquid for 1 hour, then take the supernatant for a second filtration to ensure the removal of the liquid of large particles. After re-precipitating and standing for 1 hour, remove the upper surface oil to avoid the reduction of growth efficiency of microalgae caused by hypoxia under the oil slick, and store the treated kitchen waste wastewater in an environment of 3°C for later use. According to the volume ratio of 5%, take kitchen waste water instead of nutrient medium and add it to clean water to prepare 1.2L of chlorella culture solution, and store the prepared chlorella culture solution for one day to remove the self-contained chlorella in the water. Chloride ion, adjust pH to 7.0 with NaOH or HCl.

Embodiment 2

[0040] (1) Preparation of kitchen waste wastewater culture solution

[0041] First filter the kitchen waste wastewater to remove the large particle suspension and residue in the kitchen waste wastewater, and then settle the filtered liquid for 3 hours, then take the supernatant for a second filtration to ensure the removal of the liquid of large particles. After settling again and standing for 3 hours, remove the oil on the upper surface to avoid the reduction of growth efficiency of microalgae caused by anoxia under the oil slick, and store it in an environment of 9°C for later use. Take kitchen waste water at a volume concentration of 10% and add it to clean water to prepare 1.2L of Scenedesmus obliquus culture solution, and store the prepared Scenedesmus obliquus culture solution for one day to remove the chloride ions in the water. , adjust the pH to 7.0 with NaOH or HCl.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for culturing microalgae and preparing bio-oil by usingkitchen wastewater. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) a kitchen wastewater culture solution is prepared and inoculated with microalgae for culture; (2) the microalgae are collected and centrifuged; (3) microalgae biomass at the bottom after centrifugation and a supernatant after centrifugation aremixed to form a microalgae solution with the solid-liquid ratio being 5-20 g:30 ml; (4) the microalgae and alcohol compounds and lipid compounds in the kitchen wastewater in the supernatant are subjected to a co-hydrothermal reaction; and (5) a cooled reaction product is collected by an organic solvent, an organic phase is filtered, and the organic solvent is removed to obtain the final product, namely, the bio-oil. Starting from the source of preparation of the bio-oil, the method cultures the microalgae by using the kitchen wastewater, the kitchen wastewater and the microalgae are subjectedto the co-hydrothermal reaction, microalgae culture and bio-oil preparation are combined, the bio-oil preparation cost is reduced by the cost as little as possibleand the recycle as much as possible, and meanwhile, the final yield and heat value of the bio-oil can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microalgae biofuel production, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating microalgae and preparing bio-oil by using kitchen waste wastewater. Background technique [0002] At present, with the continuous development of people's living standards and the economy, people's dietary requirements have also changed, and foods rich in oil and fat have gained a lot of love from people. Subsequently, how to deal with kitchen waste wastewater after meals has attracted widespread attention. Kitchen waste wastewater, commonly known as swill, is the domestic waste formed after the catering consumption process. It has the characteristics of perishability, perishability, heavy odor and the spread of bacteria. However, kitchen waste wastewater also contains many advantages, such as: high content of organic matter, protein and cellulose; high water content, which can reach 70-95% in general kitchen waste wastewater; The...
