According to the measurement system, a capacitive sensor enables a measured electrostatic field and a voltage source electrostatic field to form polarization interaction of a dielectric in two directions, so that a dielectric constant is changed, a capacitance value is changed, and then measured field intensity is converted into a change of a sensor port capacitance value; the sensor port capacitance value is measured through a capacitance measuring instrument, and the field intensity of the measured electrostatic field can be obtained; and a voltage source can make the dielectric work on an appropriate working point, so that an output and input proportionality coefficient of the sensor is increased. Through the electrostatic field measurement method, a weak electrostatic field can be measured, the measurement range is large, and the measurement sensitivity, resolution and accuracy are all high.
