The underdrain drainage network comprises transverse drainage ditches and longitudinal drainage ditches which are vertically and horizontally interlaced, the transverse drainage ditches and the longitudinal ditches are composed of reinforced concrete prefabricated arches buckled on the bed rock face, and the bed rock face in the reinforced concrete fabricated arches is paved with a sand-free concrete cushion. A plurality of underground drainage pipes vertically and downwards extending from the bed rock ace are arranged below the sand-free concrete cushions of the longitudinal drainage ditches at intervals.
