Abstract

A distributed optical fiber gas detection device with a low-frequency detection performance comprises a first laser, a first isolator, an acousto-optic modulator, a first erbium-doped optical fiber amplifier, a circulator, a sensing optical fiber, a second erbium-doped optical fiber amplifier, a second isolator, a second laser, a laser controller and a lock-in amplifier which are connected in sequence. A third port of the circulator is sequentially connected with a first coupler, a delay optical fiber, a second coupler, a first photoelectric detector, a signal acquisition card and a pulse generator. A control end of the pulse generator is connected with the acousto-optic modulator. An output end of the signal acquisition card is connected with a signal processing and displaying unit. According to the invention, distributed optical fiber gas detection with low-frequency detection performance is realized by utilizing a measurement system of weak optical fiber grating reflection point fused self-coherence detection, a hollow-core photonic crystal optical fiber is used as a sensing optical fiber, a weak optical fiber grating is welded in the sensing optical fiber to be used as a fixedreflection point, and accurate measurement of low-frequency signals is realized by combining a plurality of detectors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gas detection device and method, in particular to a device and method for continuous distributed optical fiber gas detection. Background technique [0002] Distributed optical fiber sensor using optical fiber as the sensing and transmission medium. The entire optical fiber also functions as a sensing element while transmitting information, and can realize fully distributed monitoring along the optical fiber. Compared with traditional monitoring technology, distributed optical fiber sensor has many advantages, and it has received great attention once it appeared, and has attracted the attention of researchers in various fields. Therefore, it is imperative to develop various fiber optic gas sensors with high sensitivity, fast response and remote location detection, which has become the main research content in the field of sensing technology today. At present, the reported fiber optic gas sensors are mainly concentrated on poi...
