Abstract

The invention discloses a heat exchange device utilizing condensate water. The heat exchange device comprises a permeable membrane set, heat exchange fins, supporting battens, a condensate water incoming pipe and a condensate water outgoing pipe; an IPM module and the heat exchange fins in the area of the IPM module are completely sealed by the permeable membrane set; condensate water generated during the operation of an air conditioner enters the permeable membrane set through the condensate water incoming pipe; the permeable membrane set is made of a negative-pressure permeable membrane; andafter the condensate water is evaporated into water vapor in the permeable membrane set, the water vapor permeates to a low-pressure side outside the membrane from a high-pressure side inside the membrane to take away heat generated during the work of the IPM module; after the inner side of the membrane absorbs the heat of the high-temperature IPM module, and the temperature of the inner side ofthe membrane rises, saturation pressure difference caused by inside and outside temperature difference positively promotes the condensed water in the membrane to permeate out of the membrane; the evaporation and heat absorption of the condensed water of the air conditioner are utilized to dissipate the heat of the high-temperature IPM module; the condensed water of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is evaporated through the permeation effect of the permeable membrane set; and evaporation latent heat is utilized to dissipate the heat of a heat exchange element. The heat exchange device issimple in structure and free of extra power consumption.
