Abstract

The invention discloses an inverter controller with a function of participating in system low-frequency oscillation suppression. The inverter controller comprises a dq transformation unit, an inverteroutput power and terminal voltage calculation unit, a reactive voltage unit, an active frequency unit for simulating a synchronous generator, a virtual rotational inertia adaptive adjustment unit, avirtual damping coefficient adaptive adjustment unit and a dq inverse transformation and pulse width modulation unit. The inverter controller simulates a rotation equation of the synchronous generatorand adaptively changes the virtual rotational inertia and the damping coefficient according to the magnitude and sign of the differential of the virtual angular frequency and the inverter output power, thereby being conducive to suppressing the low-frequency oscillation of the system, and improving the stability of the power system. According to the inverter controller, the self-adaptive adjustment of the virtual damping coefficient is fully considered to adapt to the operation control of an inverter in an easy-to-oscillate environment.
