Abstract

The chip organ model comprises a surface modified plastic or glass base and a PDMS film, wherein the PDMS film is arranged on the top of the surface modified plastic or glass base; and one end of the PDMS film is provided with a liquid exchange tank outlet, and the other end of the PDMS film is provided witha liquid exchange tank outlet. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the chip organ model for screening bladder tumor chemotherapy drugs. The invention has the beneficial effects asfollows: the design of a microfluidic chip is further optimized by applying the PDMS film polymer breathable hydrophobic film, a special tissue culture chip is applied to high-throughput culture of invitro tumor tissues of individualized patients, and chemotherapy drugs are quickly and accurately screened through their reactions to different chemotherapy drugs in clinical practice, so as to improve the effective rate of drug therapy and reduce the treatment period of patients.
