The high-voltage arm capacitor branch comprisesa high-voltage capacitor, a lightning arrester and a controllable discharge branch which are connected in parallel, the low-voltage arm capacitor branch comprises a low-voltage capacitor and a controllable charging power supply which are connected in parallel, and the semiconductor assembly is formed by antiparallel connection of a thyristor and a diode. The cathode of the low-voltage capacitor is electrically connected with the high-voltage capacitor, and the anode of the low-voltage capacitor is electrically connected with the anode of the semiconductor assembly.
