Abstract

The invention provides a skin-beautifying and moisturizing makeup remover. The makeup remover is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of a solvent, 1-10% of a humectant; 1-10% of a mixture of polyglycerol-10 laurate and PEG-20 glycerol laurate, 0.01-0.1% of a chelating agent; 1-10% of a mixture of butanediol and a Chinese herbaceous peony root extract; 1%-10% of aloe vera leaf juice, 0.1%-1% of a glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.1%-1% of a tremella extract, 0.1%-1% of olive fruit water, 0.1%-1% of a mixture of ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride and 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1%-1% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and 0.1%-1% of an emollient. The invention also provides a preparation method thereof. The skin-beautifying and moisturizing makeup remover provided by the invention has good cleansing, skin-beautifying, moisturizing and skin-refreshing effects, and has little irritation to eyes.
