Abstract

The invention discloses screw spike anchoring mortar which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 25-75 parts of dry sand, 0.5-0.8 part ofa reinforcing agent and 5-10 parts of a mixture. Compared with ordinary Portland cement, the screw spike anchoring mortar provided by the invention has the advantages that the setting time is shorter, the compressive strength reaches 30 MPa or above within 1-2 hours, the construction efficiency and quality are improved, and the pulling strength of a railroad sleeper is met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an anchoring material in railway construction, in particular to an anchoring mortar used for anchoring spiral spikes on railway concrete sleepers. Background technique [0002] At present, the spikes on railway sleepers need to be anchored with anchor mortar, and the anchor mortar needs to have the following properties: [0003] 1) Quick-hardening and quick-drying, the strength is higher than the pull-out performance of ordinary Portland cement, and it can maintain 80kg within 4 hours and reach 100kg within 24 hours; [0004] 2) Compression resistance can reach 65MPa in 24 hours; [0005] 3) Keep no deformation after 200 fatigue tests. [0006] However, the existing anchoring mortar cannot possess the above-mentioned properties at the same time, so it is necessary to develop an anchoring mortar that can possess all the above-mentioned properties. Contents of the invention [0007] The purpose of the present invention is to...
