The invention relates to a high-robustness communication network for dual
backup of an optical network and a
wireless Mesh network. The high-robustness communication network comprises a dual
backup transmission node arranged on a
network layer of an OSI seven-layer model. The dual
backup transmission node comprises a connection
processing module which is used for being connected with an
optical fiber and capable of forming the optical network. The connection
processing module can be matched with a
wireless Mesh
network module in the dual backup transmission node to form an optical and
wireless Mesh dual backup network. After the
optical fiber is connected with the connection
processing module, the optical network and the
wireless Mesh network are formed simultaneously through the dual backup transmission node. When an interface monitoring module in the dual backup transmission node monitors that the optical network is normal, the connection processing module selects the optical network for
data transmission, and otherwise the connection processing module selects the
wireless Mesh network for
data transmission. According to the high-robustness communication network, backup support can be provided for the optical network through the
wireless Mesh network, the robustness of the whole network is improved to a great extent, and the network is wide in application range, safe and reliable.
