The gas path measuring part comprises a distance measuring laser, a distance measuring collimating lens, a distance measuring focusing lens and a distance measuring detector. And the control and signal processing part comprises a signal generator, a pulse signal generator, a lock-in amplifier, a differential amplifier, a pre-amplifier, a laser wavelength locking module, a central control and calculation unit, a current controller and a temperature controller. And the output of the signal generator is electrically connected with the input of the current controller, the input of thelock-in amplifier and the output of the central control and calculation unit respectively.
