Embodiment

[0050] Embodiment: detect Hg in the camellia oil of Ganzhou, Jiangxi 2+ Content

[0051] 1. Preparation method of oil-soluble mercaptopropionic acid modified CdTe QDs

[0052] Before preparation, soak all glassware and magnetic stir bar in aqua regia for 10-120 minutes, and rinse with ultrapure water several times for later use; weigh 0.1mmol tellurium powder (Te) and octadecene (ODE) and place them in a three-necked flask Among them, argon was passed for 30 minutes. Then 1ml of trioctyl phosphate (TOP) extracted in the vacuum box was added into a three-necked flask, the temperature was raised to 300°C, and the temperature was kept for 3-5h until the black powder was completely dissolved to prepare a Te precursor. Another weighed 0.1mmol cadmium oxide (CdO) was added to the mixture of 1ml oleic acid (OA) and 3ml ODE, filled with argon gas for deoxygenation for 30min, and then heated to about 250°C until the mixture showed a colorless and clear state. , which indicated that ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorescence method for rapidly detecting Hg<2+> in tea oil. The method comprises the steps of adding tea oil to be detected into a cyclohexane solution; then adding mercaptopropionic acid modified oil soluble CdTe QDs into the system; and detecting the content of Hg<2+> in the tea oil according to the quenching degree of the ratiometric fluorescence system CdTe QDs by utilizing the characteristic that red fluorescence of CdTe QDs can be quenched by Hg<2+> and fluorescence presented by the tea oil cannot be quenched by Hg<2+>. The fluorescence method capable of rapidly detecting Hg<2+> is designed by fully utilizing the characteristic that red fluorescence of oil-soluble CdTe QDs is complexed with Hg<2+> to cause fluorescence quenching, and has the characteristicsof high selectivity, high sensitivity and intuitive detection result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting Hg in camellia oil 2+ The fluorescent method belongs to the fields of food rapid detection, heavy metal detection and the like. Background technique [0002] Among various food safety issues, heavy metal pollution poses a great threat to my country's ecological environment and the sustainable development of social agriculture. When heavy metal ions enter the human body, they can react strongly with proteins or enzymes to inactivate proteins, and may also accumulate in various organs of the human body, causing chronic poisoning, and severe cases may cause death. Heavy metal pollution is an "invisible killer" in food safety. For camellia oil, heavy metal content is an important consideration index for edible vegetable oil. Mercury is one of the heavy metal elements with strong physiological toxicity in the environment. Even at extremely low concentrations, it can enter the human body through the d...
