The laminated structure comprises a metal unit and a ferrite soft magnetic material layer (NiZn-based or MnZn-based ferrite), the metal unit is a high-conductivity metal unit; the ferrite soft magnetic material layer is a ferrite soft magnetic material layer with high magnetic conductivity and high magnetic loss, one or two surfaces of the ferrite soft magnetic material layer are connected with the metal units, and the metal units can be metal single layers with high-conductivity metal based on copper, silver, aluminum, nickel and the like, and can also be metal laminated layers. In the invention, the ferrite soft magneticmaterial layer provides a magnetic force line channel to guide magnetic force lines into the ferrite soft magnetic material layer, thereby reducing the magnetic flux density distributed in a nearby external space and achieving the purpose of shielding a magnetic field; the metal unit gives consideration to the shielding effect of a high-frequency electromagnetic field.
