Embodiment 1

[0025] A method for cultivating tung mycorrhizal seedlings, comprising the steps of:

[0026] S1, preparation of culture substrate

[0027] Peat, vermiculite and perlite were selected as the raw materials of the culture substrate and sterilized. The volume ratio of peat, vermiculite and perlite was 3:2:1; the culture substrate was sterilized twice at 121°C each time. The sterilization time is 2 hours; the interval between two sterilizations is 1-2 days; the sterilized culture medium is put into a seedling cultivation container with a volume of 250 milliliters.

[0028] S2, Tung seed treatment

[0029] The tung oil tung seeds are first treated with sand storage to accelerate germination. When 2 to 3 true leaves grow and the height of the seedlings is 5cm, they are transplanted into a seedling container equipped with a culture medium. For the integrity of the root system, the AM fungal inoculant is inserted at the same time as transplanting;

[0030] Wherein, the AM fungal ag...

Embodiment 2

[0035] In order to verify the effect of a kind of tung tree mycorrhizal seedling cultivation method of the present invention, inoculate the indigenous AM fungus (4a) proposed by the application, inoculate the AM fungal agent (endo) introduced in the U.S. and non-inoculated arbuscules respectively in the cultivation process Mycorrhizal fungi were detected on tung tree seedlings:

[0036] As shown in Table 1,

[0037] After the seedlings were inoculated with AM fungi test for 5 months, the seedling growth of each treatment was investigated. As a result, the seedling height and ground diameter of the inoculated native AM fungi (4a) were 60.53cm and 9.32mm respectively, and the AM fungal agent ( endo) were 35.47cm and 9.46mm in height and ground diameter respectively, while the control without inoculation had only 45.47cm and 8.79mm in height and ground diameter.

[0038] It can be seen that the inoculation of indigenous AM fungi significantly improved the height growth of tung t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cultivating bacterial root seedlings of tung oil trees. The method comprises the following steps: selecting turf, vermiculite and perlite as cultivation matrix rawmaterial, and performing sterilization treatment; performing sand storage germination acceleration treatment on tung oil tree seeds firstly; when 2-3 true leaves grow up and seedlings are 5cm high, transplanting the seedlings into a seedling raising container filled with a cultivation matrix; inoculating the seedlings with indigenous bacterium agents with 8 arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) fungus spores while transplanting, wherein the spore density is that every 5g of an inoculation substance contains 347 spores; three AM fungi, namely rubus corchorifolius sclerocystis, didouguan glomus and G.micrcArpumtul&tul, are most predominant and have relative abundances of 34.93%, 29.04% and 21.86% respectively; and performing ordinary management on nursery stock after inoculation. By adopting the method, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are inoculated when the tung oil trees are transplanted, root systems of tung oil tree seedlings can be in good symbiosis with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, the root systems are developed well, and the inoculation substance with the 8 indigenous AM fungi is capable of remarkably improving high lumbar growth of the tung oil tree seedlings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural planting, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating tung tree mycorrhizal seedlings. Background technique [0002] Tung tree (Vernicia fordii Hemsl.) belongs to Euphorbiaceae (Euphorbiaceae) deciduous trees, is a unique economic forest tree species in China, and is also one of the four woody oil tree species, with a cultivation history of more than one thousand years. [0003] Raising tung oil tung seedlings is not difficult, and the seedling raising methods and measures have been well mastered in various places. However, most of the current seedling raising methods use soil as the substrate, and some chemical fertilizers are also properly applied in seedling management to improve the growth of seedlings. However, this method is likely to affect the development of the root system of the tung tree seedlings and the balance and acquisition of nutrients due to the compaction of the s...
