Abstract

The invention discloses a waste gas purification treatment system which is used for recovering waste gas generated by crushing and cracking waste lithium batteries. The lithium battery cracking wastegas purification system comprises a 2-stage incinerator, an air-cooled heat exchanger, a bag dust remover, an induced draft fan, a 2-stage washing tower, a colored smoke plume treatment device, and anactivated carbon adsorption device, and waste gas finally enters a chimney for reaching the standard discharge; waste gas generated by the recovered waste lithium batteries subjected to freezing, crushing and pyrolysis of a rotary kiln are collectively referred to as pyrolysis waste gas, similarly hereinafter; and after the pyrolysis waste gas is subjected to the high-temperature incineration technology, the pyrolysis waste gas is subjected to multi-stage purification.
