Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening combined bacteria of propionibacterium and lactic acid bacteria with synergetic inhibition on activity of mold. The method comprises the following steps:(1) preparing a lactic acid bacterium seed liquid and a propionibacterium seed liquid; (2) preparing a mold spore suspension; (3) adding the two bacterial liquids (a combined bacterium) of the step (1), single bacterial liquids (single bacteria) or a blank MRS (DeMan-Rogosa-Sharpe) medium into a porous plate; and (4) adding a solid medium into each pore, after curing, adding the mold spore suspension prepared in the step (2) into each pore, performing culture and observation, comparing mold growth situations of pores with the combined bacteria and pores of single bacteria, and screening combined bacteria of propionibacterium and lactic acid bacteria with synergetic inhibition on activity of mold.
