The water quality acidifying agent consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 10%-15% of macromolecular organic acids, 30%-35% of micromolecular organic acids, 10%-14% of micromolecular organic acid salt, 1%-3% of chelated copper, 4%-5% of nisin, 3%-5% of an edible fungus extract and the balance of purified water, wherein the macromolecular organic acids include any one of fumaric acid, lactic acid and malic acid, the micromolecular organic acids include two of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid, the micromolecular organic acid salt includes one of ammonium formate, ammonium acetate, ammonium propionate and sodium butyrate, chelated copper includes one of citric acid chelated copper and glutamic acid chelated copper, and the edible fungus extract is a shiitake extract or an edible fungus extract.
