Abstract

Provided are a cable with a terminal formed therein and a wire harness, in which a high anti-corrosion performance is easily achieved even when the thickness of a resin material constituting a resin covering part covering an electric connection part between a terminal fitting and a cable conductor is made small. The cable 1 with the terminal formed therein is characterized by electrically connecting a terminal fitting (5) and an electric wire (2) which covers the outer periphery of the conductor with the insulating coating layer (4) at the electric connection part, and having a resin coating part (7) which is made of a resin material and coats the electric connection part, wherein the resin coating part (7) is provided with a first coating layer (8) and a second coating layer (9),the firstcoating layer (8) is provided in a region that coats at least a part of the terminal fitting (5) so as to be in contact with the surface of the terminal fitting (5), the second coating layer (9) coats at least a part of the first coating layer (8), and the first coating layer (8) has a recessed portion that is coated with the second coating layer (9).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an electric wire with a terminal and a wire harness. More specifically, it relates to an electric wire with a terminal having an anticorrosion resin coating portion on an electrical connection portion between a conductor and a terminal component, and a wire harness using the electric wire with a terminal. Background technique [0002] Terminal parts are connected to conductors at the ends of electric wires laid in vehicles such as automobiles. Corrosion prevention is required at an electrical connection portion where terminal parts and conductors of electric wires are electrically connected. In particular, when different metal materials are in contact with each other at the electrical connection part, there is a possibility that dissimilar metal-to-metal corrosion may occur. In electric wires used in vehicles, for the purpose of reducing the weight of vehicles, etc., aluminum or aluminum alloys are sometimes used as co...
