Abstract

The invention discloses an in-vitro fermentation system. The in-vitro fermentation system comprises a frame, and an incubator and a control cabinet which are arranged on the frame; the control cabinetis provided with a control unit; fermentation tanks are arranged in the incubator; the temperatures in the fermentation tanks are controlled through water bath heating in culture grooves; the controlunit acts on a magnetic stirring device to stir the fermentation tanks; the control unit controls work of peristaltic pumps through microcomputer intelligent PID to automatically feed acid or alkali;the incubator is connected with a vacuum pump, an oxygen tank and a nitrogen tank; and an electromagnetic valve, a carbon dioxide sensor and an oxygen sensor are electrically connected with the control unit so as to regulate the carbon dioxide content on line and realize culture in a micro-oxygen and anaerobic environment. The whole detailed evaluation process from sample collection to selectiveculture of genes, metabolites and viable bacteria is established, and the results of metagenome are analyzed by a customized software system, so that the whole evaluation process is greatly shortened.The invention better solves the problems in the prior fermentation process and can adapt to various requirements for fermentation culture.
