Abstract

The invention discloses a single-ended active probe for an oscilloscope and a signal detection system. The single-ended active probe comprises a probe interface circuit and a probe front-end circuit, wherein the probe interface circuit is used for performing voltage stabilization conversion on the direct current received by the first end of the probe interface circuit, generating a bias configuration signal according to the control signal received by the first end of the probe interface circuit, and outputting the direct current subjected to voltage stabilization conversion and the bias configuration signal through the third end of the probe interface circuit; the probe interface circuit is also used for receiving a coaxial signal from the third end and outputting the coaxial signal through the second end; and the probe front-end circuit is used for processing the to-be-detected signal received by the fifth end under the action of the bias configuration signal received by the fourth end, generating a coaxial signal and outputting the coaxial signal to the third end of the probe interface circuit through the fourth end. The probe interface circuit and the probe front-end circuit arerespectively responsible for different work, and are matched with each other and do not interfere with each other, so that the processing efficiency of the single-end active probe on signals to be detected can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oscilloscopes, in particular to a single-ended active probe and a signal detection system for an oscilloscope. Background technique [0002] An oscilloscope probe is a device that connects the signal under test to the input of the oscilloscope. Its performance is crucial to the accuracy and correctness of the measurement results. It is essentially an electronic component that connects the circuit under test to the input of the oscilloscope. The simplest probe is a wire connecting the circuit under test and the input end of the electronic oscilloscope. Since no shielding measures are taken, it is easy to be interfered by the external electromagnetic field, and its equivalent capacitance is large, which will easily increase the load of the circuit under test; however, Complex probes consist of RC elements and active devices. Oscilloscope probes can generally be divided into active probes and passive probes...
