The system comprises a steam injection heat exchanger for oil extraction connected with an oil well, and further comprises a small fast reactor steam generator, a dead steam decompression device and intermediate heat exchangers, a steam outlet of the small g fast reactor steam generator is connected with a steam inlet of the dead steam decompression device, and a steam inlet of a steam side of the steam injection heat exchanger for oil extraction at the same time, a steam outlet of the dead steam decompression device is connected with steam inlets of the intermediate heat exchangers, steam outlets of the intermediate heat exchangers are connected with a steam inlet of thesteam injection heat exchanger for oil extraction, and a moving mechanism is further included. High-pressure saturated or superheated steam provided by the small metal fast reactor can be directly used for heating crude oil in an oil reservoir in the oil extraction process to meet the thickened oil heat extraction steam injection needs, a whole device is manufactured into a skid-mounted device, and a trailer manner is adopted for carrying out moving.
