Abstract

The invention provides a DNA rapid identification method for ivories and products thereof. By comparing different decalcification treatment, an ultrasonic treatment method (ultrasonic treatment for 2hat 37 DEG C) with a good decalcification effect and short consumed time is screened out. Extracted DNA is amplified with an SYBR Green real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method instead of a common PCR method, and without a subsequent PCR product electrophoresis process, sequence determination is directly performed on a real-time fluorescent PCR product with an amplification curve and a melting curve and of which the melting temperature is 82.00 DEG C+ / -0.5 DEG C, so that experimental procedures and laboratory pollution are reduced; and ultrasonic decalcification and the SYBR Green real-time fluorescent PCR method are combined, and thus, the experimental time is greatly shortened, and the species of the ivories and the products thereof can be quickly identified.
