Abstract

The invention provides a DNA rapid identification method for ivory and its products. By comparing different decalcification treatments, the ultrasonic treatment method with good decalcification effect and short time consumption was selected (37°C ultrasonic treatment for 2 h). Use the SYBR Green real-time fluorescent PCR method instead of the ordinary PCR method to amplify the extracted DNA, without the need for subsequent electrophoresis of PCR products, and directly generate real-time fluorescent PCR with amplification curves and melting curves and a melting temperature of 82.00°C±0.5°C The product is sequenced, reducing experimental steps and laboratory pollution.
