Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of melt-blowing fabric dedicated for virus and bacterium filtering killing and belongs to the technical field of melt-blowing fabric production. The methodcomprises the steps that kieselguhr and a polymer raw material are prepared with a volume ratio of 0.3:1 for later use; the polymer raw material is measured, fed into a screw extrusion machine for melting and then extruded out; fibers are jetted out by a melt-blowing die head and then jetted through hot wind traction onto a mesh curtain driven by an accepting device; the kieselguhr raw material is heated and then synchronously jetted onto the mesh curtain; filtering-killing melt-blowing non-woven fabric is formed by sedimentation; and finally the fabric is rolled up by a winding device. According to the method disclosed by the invention, kieselguhr particles are adhered by heat carried by the melt-blowing fibers which are jetted after melting of the polymer raw material and are then adhered on a fusion surface layer of the mesh curtain, so that the filtering-killing non-woven fabric is formed. The melt-blowing fabric produced by the method disclosed by the invention has the beneficialeffects that a sharp shell imbedded with diatom is used and can be stuck on surfaces of viruses and bacteria; and shells or cell wall structures of same can be penetrated during reproduction and motion of the viruses and bacteria, so that the viruses and bacteria can gradually die of dehydration, so that physical filtering killing is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of melt-blown cloth production, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a special melt-blown cloth for filtering and killing viruses and bacteria. Background technique [0002] At present, the existing surgical masks are divided into three layers. The outer layer is non-woven fabric with water blocking effect, which can prevent droplets from entering. non-woven fabric. Wearing a surgical mask is mainly used to isolate viruses and dust particles, but the melt-blown cloth added in the middle cannot play a role in sterilization. In view of the current coronavirus epidemic season, the existing melt-blown cloth cannot effectively kill the virus, and there is still a risk of virus infection. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a melt-blown cloth that can isolate and sterilize. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a ...
