Abstract

The invention provides application of a wild jujube leaf total flavonoid extract in preparation of a medicine for preventing and treating alteration of intestinal flora. According to the invention, rats with alteration of intestinal flora caused by D-galactose are taken as research objects, and the intestinal flora regulation effect of the wild jujube leaf total flavone extract is studied. Rat experiment results show that supplementing of the wild jujube leaf total flavonoid extract can prevent alteration of intestinal flora in the D-galactose induced aging process, for example, increase of intestinal flora diversity, rise of bacteroides, decrease of phylum palustre, and decrease of lactobacillus are realized, and the proportion and composition of phylum palustre and bacteroides tend to anormal control group.
