The waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component Acomprises the following components in parts by mass: 1.5-8 parts of a water-based amine curing agent, 1-10 parts of a solvent, 0.3-1.3 parts of a molecular sieve, 0.3-1.5 parts of a coupling agent, 40-70 parts of zinc powder, 0.8-3 parts of a multifunctional improver, 0.2-3 parts of a lipophilic anti-settling agent and 0.1-1 part of a wetting dispersant; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of a waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, 0.1-1 part of a hydrophilic anti-settling agent and 0-10 parts of water; and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is (2-4): 1.
