The ultrasonic navigation system comprises ultrasonic equipment used for performing scanning to obtain a target section image, a pose acquisition device used for acquiring real-time pose information of an ultrasonic probe, and a data processing device used for processing the target section image according to a standard section image to obtain offset position information. During the first scanning, the offset position information is fed back to the ultrasonic equipment as the current offset data of the ultrasonic probe, and an operator adjusts the scanning position according to the current offset data, carries out processing to obtain current offset data ofthe current scanning position according to the offset position information and the real-time pose information of the current scanning position and the offset position information and the real-time pose information of the previous scanning position, and feeds back the current offset data to the ultrasonic equipment until the current offset data meets a preset offset threshold value, thereby finishing a scanning navigation process.
